DENVER – CBRE has been named the exclusive marketing advisor for Granby Ranch in Granby, Colorado. Located 90 miles west of Denver and 15 miles north of Winter Park in Grand County, the expansive 5,000-acre property is well-known for its recreational amenities, which include more than 400 acres devoted to snow skiing, 34 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking, an 18-hole championship golf course and more than three miles of private, gold-medal fly-fishing water along the Fraser River. The growing community is entitled for more than 4,300 residential units and 1.3 million square feet of commercial space, and is planned for additional recreational amenities.
The Cipriani family acquired the property 22 years ago, when it was known as Silver Creek. Since then, the golf course was built, ski improvements were made, major infrastructure and community trails added, home sites were graded and homes built, water rights were secured and land was donated for a medical center, recreation center and affordable housing. New businesses and jobs were created and vested entitlements were annexed into the town of Granby.
