Denver-based K2Ventures LLC, just broke ground on a 289 apartment complex in Lakewood that will include 2,500-square-feet of retail. Oak Street Station will provide a new housing option adjacent to the light rail station, making for a quick commute to Downtown Denver. Residents will also enjoy the convenient access to shopping, restaurants and recreation in the area.
