A U.S. District Court judge has ordered a delay in the auction of a 59-acre parcel of land in Lakewood owned by the federal government.
According to the Denver Business Journal, under the order, HUD has agreed to reopen a review of its determination of “unsuitability” for use for homeless assistance.
