An Arapahoe County judge Monday ruled in favor of the city as he shot down a challenge to a ballot measure that, if voters approve it, would allow for a massive racetrack development.
The measure — approved by a 7-3 city council vote — will appear on Aurora’s November ballot.
The proposed racetrack and entertainment-district development would be built north of Interstate 70 and east of Hudson Road and barred from operating within half-a-mile of residential properties.
