CenturyLink Set to Vacate Denver’s Second Tallest Office Tower

CenturyLink’s 1801 California lease will be up at the end of June, prompting the company to start vacating the space. However, the office space in Denver’s second tallest office tower will not be vacant for long. Healthgrades, a medical ratings company, will be occupying three of the newly vacant floors. Other companies, such as Brookfield, are hoping to occupy the rest of the vacant space. 1801 California is currently at 95 percent occupancy, and it is projected to stay that way over the course of 2017.
