Denver, CO – Alliance Construction Solutions (ACS) recently began construction of Colewood Apartments, a new multifamily development near 38th and Tennyson in Denver, Colorado. As the most recent development for Riverpoint Partners of Denver, this project will feature 49 luxury apartments with great views located in the heart of the Tennyson retail blocks in Denver’s Berkeley Neighborhood.
Designed by Craine Architecture, Colewood Apartments features one and two bedroom units, community room, underground parking, and private roof balconies. A true “zero lot line” project, Colewood Apartments will fill nearly 100% of the property area. Construction is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2017.
