DENVER – Alliance Construction Solutions (ACS) has substantially completed its development of the new Colewood Apartments, a 49-unit complex residing in the Berkeley neighborhood of Denver.
Dan Farrar, Dan Miller, and Matt Ondricek make up the Alliance team for the project, serving as the superintendent, project manager, and project engineer, respectively. This team has been working vigorously in recent weeks to close out the project. The date for the Grand Opening has not yet been announced, but is expected to take place in late December/early January.
These luxury apartments will feature 49 one and two bedroom units, as well as a community room and two levels of below-grade parking. With nearly 100 percent of the property area filled, the site is a true “zero lot line” project. Colewood is being developed by Riverpoint Partners of Denver, with design and planning by Craine Architecture. Iron River Management is the management company for the property.
