Cresa Selected to Manage National United Access Portfolio

DENVER — United Access, a supplier of wheelchair accessible vehicles and equipment to individuals with physical disabilities, has selected Cresa — the worlds largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm — to manage its national real estate portfolio of sales and service centers. The portfolio is comprised of 26 industrial and retail properties, including two in Denver and one in Colorado Springs.

“Given our focus on expansion, outsourcing our real estate management to Cresa made a lot of sense,” said Jeff Brummett, CEO of United Access. “Having a single point of contact for our national real estate needs allows us to be fully focused on expanding our business so that we can better serve the needs of our clients.”

As the portfolio manager for United Access, Cresa will be responsible for lease administration, strategic planning, all transaction management, lease negotiations, site selection and relocation management for their properties across the county.

“I have had the good fortune to work with United Access and their new acquisition in Denver, Performance Mobility, in a number of markets over the last ten plus years”, said Mike Statter, senior vice president at Cresa. “As United Access continues to grow, our team at Cresa has become really tuned in to their real estate needs as they relate to their business plan. We are honored to have been trusted with their portfolio and look forward to continuing our relationship.”

Located at 1001 17th St. downtown, Cresa Denver specializes in all areas of commercial real estate, including real estate and workplace strategy, leasing and dispositions, corporate finance, industrial leasing and dispositions, analyses and restructuring leases.
