Anchor Health Properties of Wilmington, Delaware, new to the Denver market, have purchased three Denver-area medical office buildings for $18 million, two in Highlands Ranch and one in Cherry Hills. The purchase was made on behalf of Chestnut Healthcare Partners, a healthcare real estate equity fund.
