DENVERFocus Property Group (FPG), a Denver-based property investor and developer purchased a 70,000-square-foot office building this month, at 5500 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard in Greenwood Village for $10 million. Existing tenants of the building will be joined in August by Enterprise Coworking, a Focus-affiliated shared workspace whose flagship location in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood is now filled with more than 75 companies and 500 members.

The newly acquired building features 12-foot ceilings and large windows with mountain views to give a light, spacious feel throughout. The largest tenant in the building is online retailer eBags, who will stay along with six other tenants as Enterprise Coworking scoops the remaining 18,000 square feet of vacancy in the building. Focus Property Group plans to renovate the Enterprise Coworking space and add an outdoor patio and other amenities available for use by all tenants.

“This building, just a few hundred feet from light rail, restaurants and retail, and with a vibrant technology and services-oriented existing tenant mix, is the perfect first location to expand our growing Enterprise Coworking brand into the Greenwood Village and DTC area,” said Bahman Shafa, president of FPG.

5500 Greenwood Plaza sits alongside I-25 and is adjacent to the Orchard Light Rail station. Tenants enjoy an easy walk to the Landmark development, a major retail, dining and entertainment center including bars, restaurants, shops, fitness centers, salons, a comedy club, and a movie theatre. The building has surface parking for 200 vehicles, and FPG plans to add multiple EV charging stations as an additional amenity for tenants.
