Construction on Denver Water’s $195 million overhaul of its 34.6-acre campus southwest of downtown is expected to include new conservation techniques. The campus will include landscaping design to capture, hold and filter rainwater on site, to irrigate the landscape.
Denver Water is working with Trammell Crow, a real estate developer, as well as Mortenson Construction, the prime general contractor, and RNL Design, the prime architect on the project.
