Eric Breuer and Kelsey Lawless join the management and leasing team at The Confluence

Denver, CO  – The Confluence apartment building, a 35-story apartment project in downtown Denver  welcomes the addition of Eric Breuer as Property Manager and Kelsey Lawless as Leasing Consultant. PMRG, a nationally recognized, full-service commercial real estate firm and National Real Estate Advisors are developing the Class A residential tower, scheduled for completion later this spring.
Prior to joining The Confluence, Breuer was the Business Manager for Allied Orion Group in Denver, where he was responsible for the management and lease-up of a downtown apartment property.  He successfully increased occupancy from 72 percent to over 93 percent within four months of joining the company, while also maintaining budgeted occupancy levels, implementing a service-oriented management team and initiating a resident retention program.  He has more than 10 years of property management and leasing experience.
Ms. Lawless was previously a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty in downtown Denver and Assistant Manager with Zocalo Community Development.  She has worked at several prominent apartment communities in downtown Denver, and has nearly five years of leasing experience.  She is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver.
The Confluence is located at Denver’s founding site, where the South Platte River and Cherry Creek converge.  The building makes a modern architectural statement at the NW corner of downtown. This prime Denver site is situated across from the REI flagship store, adjacent to lower LoDo and minutes from major sports arenas.
GDA Architects designed The Confluence and Clark Construction is the general contractor. The building itself will feature extensive amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and hot tub on a large deck overlooking Confluence Park and the Rocky Mountains; cabanas with individual fire pits; master grilling stations; skyline lounges with NanaWall Systems; a professional chef’s kitchen and catering facility; a state-of-the-art fitness facility; gated, underground parking; a maintenance center for bikes and skis; direct access to Confluence Park; ground floor retail and a 24-hour front desk attendant.
