Denver, CO Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, has broken ground on ATRIA, a new Class A office campus on 15.46 acres located at 13699 and 13601 Via Varra Rd. in Broomfield, Colorado.

Named for its unique, light-filled garden setting and open courtyards, ATRIA is ideally suited for growing corporate tenants looking for a progressive, amenity-rich and conveniently located work environment to help attract and retain talent from both the Denver and Boulder areas.

“Today’s office tenants have different needs and preferences in terms of what they expect from the workplace – from supporting different mobility options to providing amenities that foster employee wellbeing,” said Ryan Good, executive vice president and partner at Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners. “At Etkin Johnson, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of addressing changing workplace trends. ATRIA is a perfect example of this progressive approach in action.”

ATRIA will feature two identical 86,690-square-foot office buildings designed by Ware Malcomb Architects and built by Murray and Stafford. Each will feature flexible concept floor plans. Strategic use of natural light throughout the campus will serve to support employee wellbeing while reducing energy consumption. Roll-up garage doors will allow tenants to take advantage of a beautiful day, instantly creating indoor/outdoor workspaces. Twelve-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap three sides of each building will provide spectacular views of the nearby Flatirons.

Located near U.S. 36, Northwest Parkway, RTD Park-n-Ride and FlatIron Crossing Shopping Center, ATRIA will be one of the Northwest Corridor’s most accessible and visible developments. The campus will offer a 5.0/1,000 parking ratio. Tenants will also have access to 60 miles of hiking and biking trails along with hundreds of acres of parks and open space.
