ULI: Reinventing Retail: Bricks and mortar adapts to a new market
August 23 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We all know that retail sales have swooned and major chain retailers have tanked in recent years. This presents a challenge for developers and communities that seek to provide retail services and the animation of public spaces that comes with vibrant mixed-use.
Come learn how leading developers, vendors, planners and more are reinventing retail from the traditional to the experimental and experiential.
The program will take place at the recently-opened CTRL Collective co-working space, which pays homage to the Dairy Block’s art-forward aesthetic while celebrating Denver’s “cowtown heritage.” It will be followed by a reception in the Dairy Block.
Continuing education credits will be availabile for AIA, AICP, and Colorado Real Estate Commission members.
