Google Inc. has paid $130M for its three-building campus, Pearl Place, in Boulder. The campus, built by Denver developer Forum Real Estate Group and designed by Denver-based Tryba Architects, is located between 30th and Pearl streets. The first two 100,000-square-foot buildings were completed in July.

The project enables Google to expand from its present 300 employees in Boulder to as many as 1,500 over the next decade.
