DENVER — On Wednesday, Beacon Capital Partners, a leading office investor, and Elevation Development Group, will break ground on The HUB, the first Class A office space to be built in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver.

At 275,000-square feet, the mixed-use development designed by Gensler is currently the third-largest planned development in RiNo, and will feature 250,000-square-feet of office space and 25,000-square-feet of retail space. The General Contractor for the project is Mortenson.

The two-acre development follows the substantial infrastructure investment the City and County of Denver has made in the rapidly growing RiNo Art District. The project will be immediately adjacent to the 38th and Blake RTD commuter rail station.

Pre-leasing activity, led by JLL and Zall, has already been strong. Upon completion, HomeAdvisor will lease 70,000-square-feet for their headquarters, relocating 350 employees from Denver West to RiNo.

When: Wednesday, August 23, 1:30 p.m.

Where: The future site of The HUB, 3601 Walnut Street (enter on Downing & Blake Streets)

Remarks:

  • Cathy Mossman, managing director, Beacon Capital Partners
  • Andrew Feinstein, managing partner, EXDO Management Property Group
