Harbor Associates LLC has purchased a 115,000-square-foot historic building in Downtown Denver that was the former headquarters for Colorado Business Bank.
Harbor reportedly purchased the building at 821 17th St. in an off-market, all-cash deal from NAI Shames Makovsky and will reportedly rename the property “The Vault,” due to the many historic vaults in the building.
The building was built in 1907 and is listed on the National Historic Register.
