DENVER — INDUSTRY RiNo Station, a new 152,000 square foot office project in the River North (“RiNo”) neighborhood of Denver developed by Q Factor, has secured three signature tenants totaling approximately 30,000 SF. With approximately 30 percent of the leasable areas spoken for, RiNo Station is on-schedule to open in November of 2017.
The three tenants announced this week include Velocity Global, Cloud Elements and Feldmann Nagel. All three of these companies have experienced growth since they originally joined INDUSTRY Denver on Brighton Blvd., and serve as examples of how companies are able to grow in the INDUSTRY creative office model and how the developer has been able to retain tenants by expanding its portfolio to new projects. An ability to seamlessly accommodate large companies who need a traditional office footprint alongside an early stage start-up creates a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
“We are proud of the diverse mix of tenants ranging from legal, technology and international corporate services that have committed to RiNo Station”, said Brady Welsh, Director of Leasing & Development with INDUSTRY. “This demonstrates how our model of office space helps companies to attract and retain top talent in a very competitive employment environment. Plus, they are all fantastic companies that have a very positive impact on the culture that we curate in our projects.”
“I am ecstatic about our move to RiNo Station”, said Ben Wright, CEO of Velocity Global. “We see it as everything aesthetically and operationally we loved about INDUSTRY Denver, but more space for a company that is growing like we are. I honestly don’t know how else we could have married our real estate needs with our headcount growth – the INDUSTRY model is simply a perfect fit for a high growth company like ours.”
Feldmann Nagel, LLC is a national law firm with offices throughout Colorado, Texas and California.
“We are excited to be part of this dynamic project and confident that our new INDUSTRY home will allow us to continue to do what we do best – produce results for our clients!” said Managing Partner Charles Feldmann.
Located at 3858 Walnut Street, INDUSTRY RiNo Station will be the first TOD project to open at the 38th & Blake A-line rail station. Local companies wanting to attract employees can offer a car-free commute and national or international companies will have direct access to DIA and Union Station, with connectivity to the entire metro area.
“The strategic location of RiNo Station was a big driver for us. We know our employees will embrace the convenience of the access to the rail system and all of the unique amenities in the River North Neighborhood. Oh yea, the roof top deck was a bonus too!” Nelson continues, “We’re thrilled to be staying with INDUSTRY for all of the benefits of a collaborative office space, and then some. INDUSTRY offers a modern workspace, ample meeting and huddle rooms, shared kitchens, onsite cafes, coffee, beer, and terrific onsite staff. INDUSTRY has been especially helpful for us as a fast growing startup, working with us to design our very own layout in the new RiNo Station,” said Chris Nelson with Cloud Elements.
