DENVER – With 22 condos sold during the recent phase of sales, Laurel Cherry Creek, developed by PAULSCORP, has commenced a new sales phase, with 17 condos now available for preview.  The newly-released, exclusive collection of high-rise condominiums includes one of each floorplan and an 11th floor penthouse.  Previews are by appointment only with Dawn Raymond of Kentwood Real Estate, the exclusive listing broker for Laurel Cherry Creek. Interested buyers may visit the sales gallery to view finish packages, the 3D interactive model with views for each residence and interior, exterior and amenity renderings.

“Because our first phase of sales outpaced construction, the development and sales team have waited until now to come back to market, when we can present the final finishes and floorplans,” said Raymond, who specializes in luxury properties in and around Cherry Creek.  “Interest has been high for Laurel Cherry Creek, and we look forward to welcoming potential buyers.”

Laurel Cherry Creek, located in the heart of Cherry Creek North, features a sales gallery at 215 Saint Paul Street.  The development is highlighted by limited edition residences, immaculate interiors, panoramic views, an attended lobby and reception lounge, a rooftop retreat with a salt water pool and summer kitchen and personalized resident services.

JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE served as the architect on the 242,050-square-foot development, located at 155 Steele St.

Some of the many impressive features and finishes include private balconies or terraces with glass railings, custom designed stained 8′ Walnut entry doors, up to 10’8″ ceiling heights throughout the living areas and Pella aluminum clad wood windows.

“We have designed Laurel Cherry Creek to be the preeminent residential address in Cherry Creek. Owners will enjoy upscale, maintenance free living in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the United States,” said Paul Powers, president, PAULS Corporation.
