Lee Wallis Joins Transwestern to Lead Asset Services Group

Denver, COTranswestern welcomed Lee Wallis, who has joined the firm as Managing Senior Vice President, in the firm’s Asset Services group. In this operational leadership role, he will work with Transwestern team members to coordinate strategic initiatives and implement best practices to enhance the company’s client-focused approach through its platform of services.

“Lee’s extensive experience will enable Transwestern to drive greater value for our clients and their tenants through our customized service delivery to our client’s key objectives. During his 30-year career, Wallis has served in a variety of leadership roles, managing local and regional property portfolios. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations – Southwest at Hines, where he led a team of over 400 members managing a 28 million-square-foot property portfolio spanning Texas, Colorado and Arizona. Wallis holds the CCIM® and CPM® designations as well as a Colorado managing broker real estate license.
