Denver, CO – Denver-based tenant finish construction firm MAX Construction, Inc. recently completed construction on a new 12,767 SF space for Kentwood Real Estate located at 215 St Paul St. in the heart of Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.
“MAX Construction took an active role in helping us work through the various elements of the construction process so that our team felt informed and involved,” said Gretchen Rosenberg, managing broker at Kentwood Real Estate. “Their knowledge, flexibility and problem solving made for a seamless process for Kentwood Real Estate.”
The $1.1 million project was a first-generation build-out, giving the team a blank canvas from which to work. MAX Construction, together with architect Acquilano Leslie, provided Kentwood Real Estate with a modern, open concept office featuring design elements that highlight Denver’s unique neighborhoods.
“With the two-story open concept layout, one of our goals was to give the more industrial elements of the space – the HVAC, duct work and electrical conduit work, for example – a more aesthetically pleasing appearance,” said Mark McGann, vice president at MAX Construction. “Working closely with our subcontractor teams to outline and plan our approach prior to the commencement of the project, we were able to achieve the architectural vision for the space. We’re proud of the result and hope Kentwood Real Estate will be happy in their space for years to come.”
Kentwood Real Estate occupies two floors of the three-story building – a first-floor retail space as well as a second floor with workspaces and conference rooms. In addition to the work and conference areas, a second-floor café area provides the tenant with a modern space to gather informally and even host events.
