The seller was McClelland 2850, LLC. The buyer was Anchorage Investments, LLC. Matt Call and John Witt of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer.
Nate Heckel and Stuart Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. This deal successfully closed in June 2016 with tenants such as Weston Distance Learning Inc., Right at Home, Goabroad LLC, and Poudre Valley School District. The property is conveniently located off S College Ave and W Drake Rd. The building was originally constructed in 1984 but recently renovated in 2014.
