This deal successfully closed in August 2016 with tenants such as Castle Rock Family Enrichment, Glitter, Dream Pastries, Copper Falls Spa & Salon, Lost Coffee, and many others. The property is conveniently located off Perry Street and 3rd Street in historic downtown Castle Rock. The building was originally constructed in 1999. The new owner liked the local vibe and feel of downtown Castle Rock and all the tenants at the project.
