MOA Architecture Announces Five Professional Team Promotions

Denver, COMOA Architecture has announced the promotion of Jessica Blanford, AIA, LEED AP BD+C to Principal, Bret Kudlicki, AIA, LEED AP BD+C and Luis Martinez, AIA, NCARB to Senior Associates and Katie Vander Putten, AIA, EDAC, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C and Joseph Hosek, AIA, NCARB to Associates.

Jessica Blanford, RA, LEED AP BD+C joined MOA in 2006 and brings 12 years of experience specializing in K-12 projects. Jessica is currently managing Far Northeast Campus 28 K-8 School, Sierra Elementary School Renovation and Addition, GALS Del Pueblo Elementary School Renovation and Addition and ASSET 6-12 School. She was previously a Senior Associate with MOA.

Bret Kudlicki, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, joined MOA in 2014 and brings over 16 years of experience in K-12, higher education and commercial buildings. Bret is currently Senior Project Manager on All Copy Headquarters Office Building and Drake Middle School Addition and Renovation. He was previously an Associate with MOA.

Luis Martinez, AIA, NCARB joined MOA in 2012. His 35 years of experience includes healthcare, K-12, Higher Education and Commercial/Office planning and design. Luis is currently Senior Project Manager on Casper Family YMCA Phases I & II and Natrona County International Airport Hold Room. He was previously an Associate with MOA.

Katie Vander Putten, AIA, EDAC, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C joined MOA in 2015 and brings 15 years of experience specializing in healthcare project management. Katie is currently Senior Project Manager on the firm’s as-needed service agreements with both Centura Health and UC Health.

Joe Hosek, AIA, NCARB joined MOA in 2015. He brings 23 years of experience in K-12, Mixed Use, Recreation and Hospitality work. Joe is currently Senior Project Manager on Campbell County High School, Gillette College Student Housing and Gravity One Climbing and Fitness facility.
