Ron Webert, SIOR Achieves SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®

To achieve the SIOR designation, an agent must have at least five years of experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; achieved high production levels, met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 685 cities in 36 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
Webert, who started his career with at Grubb & Ellis, has over 20 years experience in the local industrial real estate market. In 2007 he left Grubb & Ellis for Bitzer Real Estate Partners to lead their industrial division. In 2015 he, along with his two partners, John Bitzer and J.R. Bitzer, opened the Lee & Associates Denver office. Lee, with 57 offices in the U.S. and Canada and over 1000 brokers, is the largest broker owned network in the country.
CBRE Promotes Brady O’Donnell to Vice Chairman
CBRE recently announced that it promoted Brady O’Donnell to vice chairman, the highest producer ranking at the firm. Part of CBRE Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance, Brady has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, structuring and closing more than 450 transactions over the course of his career, totaling more than $7 billion in loan volume.

He works tirelessly to understand the specific needs of each client and has built a network of lender relationships that is unmatched regionally in the industry. Based in Denver, Mr. O’Donnell provides financing solutions for clients across the U.S.ranging from institutional real estate funds to local private capital investors. He is a member of CBRE’s elite Institutional Properties Group and applies his network of lender relationships to source capital for projects spanning all property types. Some of Mr.
O’Donnell’s notable transactions include arranging $112 million in acquisition financing for a 1 million-square-foot Boulder office portfolio, $86.5 million in refinance of the Keenan Apartment Portfolio, a six-property, 1,160-unit portfolio in Tennessee, the $46 million acquisition financing of Bowles Crossing, a retail center in Littleton, CO, and the $51 million acquisition financing for 700 Broadway, a 424,769-square-foot office building in Denver’s Golden Triangle.
Since joining CBRE in 2012, Mr. O’Donnell has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers. He was named the Top Producer in Colorado in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He is also a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, recognizing the top CBRE producers in the Americas.
