Trevey Land and Commercial Promotes Patrick McGlinchey to Associate Director

Patrick McGlinchey, Associate      Director

Trevey Land and Commercial has promoted Patrick McGlinchey to associate director. McGlinchey joined Trevey in June 2016. He has been instrumental in growing the company’s portfolio of listings across the retail, light industrial/flex, and land sectors – including both local, regional and national accounts. His goal is to continue to work diligently to serve his clients beyond their expectations to further grow the company in his new position.

McGlinchey earned a degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Colorado State University. He is a member of ICSC.

 

Norris Design Announces Six Promotions 

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the promotion of a new principal, two senior associates and three associates.

Patrick Hannon, Principal

Patrick Hannon, PLA, has been with Norris Design since 2014. His design experience includes conceptual design, master planning and construction documents for projects including waterfront development, parks, gardens, educational and corporate campuses, streetscapes and urban redevelopment. Hannon’s current notable projects include Camden RiNo, the Eaton Street Apartments and the Seven Hills townhome community.

David Jenkins, Senior Associate

David Jenkins has been promoted from associate to senior associate. Focusing on both landscape architecture and planning, Jenkins has more than 10 years of experience with both private and public projects. Jenkins’ current notable projects include the Sanderos Creek Community Pool, The Aurora Highlands and the RainDance community in Windsor.

Patrick Meyer, Senior Associate

Patrick Meyer has also been promoted from associate to senior associate. With 13 years of landscape architecture experience, Meyer, LEED® AP, has designed residential communities, public plazas, trail and recreation amenities and developed best practices for seeded area implementation and maintenance. Currently, he is on the design teams for the Clear Creek Crossing development in Wheat Ridge, the Gables Cherry Creek apartments and the Southshore master-planned community in Aurora.

Allison Wenlund, Associate

Allison Wenlund has been promoted to associate. Wenlund is a professional land planner with experience in both the private and public sectors. She primarily focuses on guiding the entitlement process for new projects and mediating the requests of jurisdictions and developer goals. Wenlund’s current notable projects include the Clear Creek Crossing mixed-use development in Wheat Ridge, the Providence at the Heights affordable housing multifamily community and the new Brookfield Residential community at Castle Pines Village.

Meghan Duplechain, Associate

Meghan Duplechain has been promoted to associate. Duplechian is a landscape designer with a diverse background in innovative design, construction installation and community development. Duplechain’s focus is on all scales of site development from top-down community planning to managing the details of construction and installation. Currently, she is on the design teams for the Indy Flats, an affordable housing community; the Anthology master planned community; and Stream, an industrial development.

Tom Ellenwood, Associate

Tom Ellenwood has also been promoted to associate. Ellenwood is a landscape designer and land planner with experience working on both public and private developments and a focus on sustainable integrated urban infrastructure, green roofs, urban agriculture, and park/open space design. Ellenwood is currently on the design teams for The Aurora Highlands, Karl’s Farm and a neighborhood park in the Meadows development in Castle Rock.
