TRANSWESTERN’S CRAIG BUSTOS PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT

Craig BustosTranswestern’s Denver office today announces Craig Bustos has been elevated to vice president for his success in growing the firm’s and his respective team’s market share.

Bustos, who handles leasing and investment sales for industrial assets and land, has been with Transwestern since 2014 after accumulating almost 10 years of experience in appraisal. His latest transactions include a large relocation project for RoadSafe Traffic Systems and an industrial lease for CircusTrix, and he has completed or is under contract on five industrial building sales along the South Santa Fe Corridor for a total of 61,190 square feet valued at $8,000,000 million.

“Craig’s extensive appraisal experience allowed him to enter into brokerage with unparalleled underwriting skills. Craig’s market knowledge, strong work ethic and commercial real estate experience enable him to assist clients in making sound real estate decisions,” said managing Senior Vice President Lee Wallis.

Bustos and Paton plan to further grow the land and industrial teams by focusing on the Northern Colorado land market and the South Denver metro industrial market.

CFC Construction Names Orville Hinerman President

CFCConst_OrvilleHinerman-2CFC Construction, a leading multifamily general contractor in Colorado, has named Orville Hinerman its new president. As president, Hinerman is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the company.

Hinerman holds a bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado‐Boulder. Hinerman has worked in the Colorado construction market for 31 years, holding key positions with a nationally ranked commercial contractor and most recently, leading the design‐build delivery of multifamily projects for a national development group.

Since joining CFC in 2015, Hinerman has refined the company’s recruiting process and implemented new standards and procedures for CFC’s quality and safety programs. Furthermore, he has expanded the group’s focus beyond multifamily projects to senior living, mountain resort and hospitality.
