Element Denver Downtown, a new 7-story, 28,934-square-foot hotel that is part of the Starwood/Marriott brand of hotels, will be built at 1314 Elati St., across the street from the Denver Justice Center’s parking garage. The site is currently occupied by a bail bond office.
Atlanta-based The Beck Group is the general contractor, according to city records. Construction is slated to begin this spring with completion in late 2018.
