Sage Hospitality announced the opening of The Maven – a new, boutique hotel that will be part of the Dairy Block development in LoDo. This 172-room hotel will include a 2,300 SF ballroom that will adjoin to The Alley – a compilation of local retailers and chefs, that is also part of the Dairy Block. JOHNSON NATHAN STROHE is the architect and interior designer and Saunders Construction is the contractor for The Maven, set to open Spring 2017.
