The Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center Completes $6.2M in Room Upgrades

DENVERThe Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center recently completed a $6.2 million dollar upgrade and modernization of its 228 spacious guest suites and guest corridors.

Designed by Richmond, VA firm Baskervill, the Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center features a rich color palate of gold and grey with pops of bright blue, paired with an extensive new collection of art that showcases Colorado’s beautiful landscapes and urban landmarks. Each of the refreshed suites includes a full-sized kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher and a refrigerator, a living room with modern furniture and a dedicated work space and a sleek bathroom, with more than 100 guest rooms now featuring upgraded tile showers with new sliding glass doors.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center is managed by Denver’s Sage Hospitality, and is owned by Xenia Hotels & Resorts.

Located in the heart of downtown Denver close to the Colorado Convention Center, the Colorado State Capitol, the Pepsi Center and Denver Union Station, the hotel features 1,742 total square feet of urban event space, with four separate rooms perfect for business meetings, training seminars and catered social events.
