Townhomes Under Construction in Denver’s Observatory Park

DENVER — Construction is now underway on a luxury townhome development in Denver’s Observatory Park neighborhood. The Observatory Row townhomes will be comprised of 20 residences in five different buildings, ranging in size from 1,731 square feet up to 1,885 feet.

LIV Sotherby’s agents Deviree Vallejo and Liz Richards of Denver Urban Properties — specializing in new urban construction — recently announced that pre-sales have begun and pricing starts at $550,000.

“Like so many other urban neighborhoods throughout Denver, Observatory Park is becoming more and more popular with home buyers, and increasing the demand for luxury townhomes similar to Observatory Row,” said Deviree. “Considering current market demand and this popular Denver neighborhood, we anticipate that there will be considerable interest in this newest offering of townhomes.”

Observatory Row is in a highly desirable location, conveniently located between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, and near Cherry Creek (but without Cherry Creek prices).  It is also within easy walking distance of light rail.  The development consists of 20 classically finished, open concept three bedroom/3.5 bath townhomes, with the high quality of timeless finishes.

“Observatory  Park  offers  the  charm  of  a  college  town,  the  convenience  of  a  central  location,  and  the  serenity  of  a  traditional  neighborhood,” said Richards. “This new development is in a prime location, and no expense is being spared by the developer in terms of fit and finish.”
