Two office buildings in DTC are nearing completion: the Dry Creek Spec Office Building — a 256,000-square-foot mid-rise at 9151 E. Panorama Cir. that will extend Arrow Electronics’ corporate headquarters, and One Belleview Station — a 15-story tower in southeast Denver at I25 and East Belleview Avenue with 335,000 square feet of office space, that Western Union will move its HQ into. The Weitz Co. is the GC for both buildings.
