Venture X Breaks Ground on Denver Location

DENVER — Venture X, a shared workspace and community with high-level designs and boutique-style concierge services for professionals of all industries, announced that it is opening a new 13,000-square-foot office space in Denver at Colorado Center, 2000 S. Colorado Boulevard. Constructed by local general contractor IAI Construction, the location recently broke ground and is expected to be open for business in the fall.

The new location is expected to draw a diverse array of members, ranging from corporate users that require flexible office space to entrepreneurs, creative professionals, startups, non-profits, small businesses to large teams from fortune 500 companies. Amenities include concierge level-member services, secure 24/7 access, superfast Internet, high-speed business class copier/scanner/printers, and meeting rooms that are fully equipped with the latest presentation and conference technology. Amenities at Colorado Center include an on-site gym, a rooftop event area, adjacent light rail and RTD station on Colorado Blvd, on-site restaurants and walking to off-site shops, banking, and storage facilities.

“The facility includes a variety of flexible workspace options to fit every need. There are 33 private offices occupying from one to ten people, as well as dedicated desks and shared desk spaces. In addition to conference rooms, members can use the open areas to meet and collaborate. The café and open spaces will also be used for community events,” said Owner Michael Patton.

As corporations and entrepreneurs search for modern, flexible workspace solutions, Venture X provides welcoming boutique-style services and modern offices that appeal to a broad cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. By 2020, the Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that 40 percent of the workforce will need workspaces outside of the home and Venture X is poised to provide that service. Colorado represents the third fastest growing population in the nation at 17.4% between 2006 and 2016 and the number two best state for jobs by Wallet Hub, 2017.

“The Denver location will mark our first location in Colorado as we expand across the U.S.,” said Venture X President Tom Weber. “We are honored that the Patton’s are joining us in our journey to provide a Venture X in every major city around the world where members can connect, be inspired, improve their businesses and experience fulfilled rich lives in doing what they love.”
