Brighton Industrial Park Secures New Tenants

California-based Farmers Business Network, a global Agtech company focused on helping family farmers maximize their farm’s profit potential, has signed on to occupy a 128,831-square-foot space at Building 4 of 76 Commerce Center – the 1.7-million-square-foot, Class A industrial park in Brighton. The company will join Outrider Technologies, Inc. that also signed a lease at Building 4 last quarter, bringing the building to 80 percent occupancy within 60 days of completion.

The 76 Commerce Center development is a joint venture between Hyde Development and MortensonNewmark Senior Managing Director Tim D’Angelo, SIOR; Executive Managing Director Mike Wafer, Sr., SIOR and Associate Director Mike Wafer, Jr., are the exclusive marketing and leasing representatives of 76 Commerce Center and represented Hyde and Mortenson in the lease transactions. There is currently 70,727 square feet remaining available for lease in Building 4.

As a direct result of this successful leasing, Building 3 of 76 Commerce Center is under construction and will measure 526,400 square feet. This new state-of-the-art facility is set to deliver in the summer of 2021, is of cross dock design with significant trailer parking and will be divisible for between one and four tenants.
