According to the Denver Post, a report from Resolute Commercial Services finds that Colorado leads other states in the Mountain West for the most medium sized company bankruptcy filings.
Across nine states, Resolute counted 60 business bankruptcies by firms with $1 million or more in liabilities. 28 percent were in Colorado. Businesses in the real estate and rental industries, manufacturing and accommodation and food services, are most impacted in Colorado.
