Danielle Feroleto

Danielle Feroleto is the founder of Small Giants LLC, a full-service marketing and business development agency for architecture, engineering, construction and commercial real estate companies. Prior to forming Small Giants in 2006, Danielle served as the director of business development for eight years with a Phoenix-based commercial general contractor. This experience, combined with the knowledge that was gained as a result of writing for Architectural Record and being the editor of McGraw-Hill’s trade publications Southwest Contractor and ENR Southwest magazine, has enabled the vision of Mile High CRE to come to life.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Southwest’s commercial real estate industry, Danielle is highly involved in local and national organizations that are instrumental in shaping industry policies and practices. These groups include but are not limited to the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), CoreNet, Urban Land Institute, the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE), the Executive Committee of the Industry Advisory Council at Arizona State University (ASU), and the Arizona Builders’ Alliance (ABA), where she serves as an instructor and board member.

Danielle earned a Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism from Arizona State University (ASU), and holds a Certificate of Construction Management from ASU. Danielle grew up in Durango, Colo., and still considers it her hometown.
