SMPS Colorado Luncheon: Programs That Drive Denver’s Growth

The Colorado Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services’ (SMPS) November 14th luncheon will host a panel discussion that will get you up to speed on three programs in the Denver area, that will reshape our city and spur growth. Learn more about opportunities stemming from the 2017, $937 million bond, Nationals Western Center, and Denver’s new Mobility Action Plan, from panelists representing Denver Public Works and with the Mayor’s Office.
Adam Phipps with Denver Public Works, will provide an update on the more than 500 projects stemming from the Elevate Denver Bond Program–a 10-year, $937 million bond passed in 2017 that will result in transportation, infrastructure, parks and recreation centers, libraries and cultural facility projects.
Jennifer Hillhouse, Director of Transportation and Mobility Planning, with Denver Public Works; leads the planning team and establishes a road map for transportation policy, planning and design innovation. She is currently overseeing Denver’s new Mobility Action Plan.
Brad Dodson with the Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center; in his most recent role as Principal Project Manager in the Denver Department of Finance, was responsible for managing the redevelopment of the former Gates factory site at I-25 and Broadway and crafting innovative financial structures for the Colorado Convention Center expansion and the Stapleton redevelopment.
