Landmark Properties, the nation’s most active student housing company, and its general contractor Katerra, recently announced the topping out of construction at The Standard at Fort Collins, a new mixed-use development marketed to students and professionals in the Fort Collins community. The Standard at Fort Collins is located on S. College Ave, adjacent to Colorado State University’s campus.
The new development will feature contemporary apartments with floor plan options ranging from studios to five bedrooms.

Standing at five stories tall, The Standard at Fort Collins encompasses more than 355,000 square feet. In addition to featuring 237 residential apartments, the mixed-use development will also add 1,500 square feet of commercial retail space to the downtown area.
The development features an amenities package highlighted by a rooftop swimming pool, coffee bar, study lounge, private study rooms, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, grilling spaces and outdoor courtyards.
Construction at The Standard is expected to be completed by fall 2020.
