Denver Makes Amazon’s Short List of Cities

View here

After months of waiting, Amazon has announced that Denver is one of 20 cities that could end up with the company’s coveted new $5 billion second headquarters campus.

According to Amazon, the 20 cities were picked out of 238 across North America that submitted proposals.

In the coming months, Amazon will work with each of the candidate locations to dive deeper into their proposals, request additional information as necessary, and evaluate the feasibility of a future partnership that can accommodate their hiring plans as well as benefit their employees and the local community. Amazon expects to make a decision in 2018.
