CBRE Hires Team in Colorado Springs


CBRE announced the addition of Taylor Stamp, Andy Oyler, Justin Burns and Wendy Schrage to its Colorado Springs office. After 35 years of success, the Quantum Commercial Group, Inc. team is joining and expanding the Colorado Springs CBRE office. The team will focus on leasing and selling office, industrial and retail products, leveraging their extensive market knowledge and experience.

A native of Colorado Springs, Stamp joins CBRE as vice president with 11 years of experience in both leasing and sales for office, retail, industrial and investment properties across Colorado Springs and its surrounding areas. In 2016, Taylor received the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers’ “Rookie of the Year” award. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.

Oyler joins CBRE as vice president. With more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience, Oyler has successfully facilitated hundreds of leases and acquisitions with notable Fortune 250 and 500 companies and the region’s most renowned companies. Oyler is a native of Colorado Springs and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Burns joins CBRE as an associate. His professional experience includes more than two decades of commercial sales experience in insurance and telecommunications before he entered commercial real estate two years ago.
Also joining CBRE will be Schrage, who has more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and will support the team.
The Colorado Springs investment market ended 2024 with a sales volume of industrial, office and retail assets totaling $340 million, a 49.4% increase year over year. As for leasing, the vacancy rates in the industrial and office markets were significantly lower than the national average; office vacancy was 9.8% in Colorado Springs at the end of 2024 compared to the national average of 19.0% in Q1 2025 while the industrial market ended 2024 with 8.8% vacancy, 2.5% points lower than the average national rate of 6.3%
This veteran team joins CBRE from Quantum Commercial Group, a local company that decided to combine forces with CBRE after 35 years of market success. CHFA Welcomes New and Returning Members to its Board of Directors


Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced that Governor Jared Polis has appointed Beth Klein and Pat Meyers, and reappointed Sylvia Wirba, to its board of directors. CHFA’s 11-member board serves as the governing body of the organization and establishes policies to further its mission of affordable housing and community development.
Beth Klein, FirstBank
Klein is executive vice president at FirstBank, where she leads the southwest Denver market, and spearheads community development lending programs. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in commercial and residential loan origination, and loan portfolio management. Ms. Klein serves on the board of directors for Advocates for Children and has previously served on the board for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Developmental Pathways, and the Crisis Center in Douglas County.
Pat Meyers, PEM Enterprises

Meyers is the owner and chief executive officer of PEM Enterprises. He served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service and was then an attorney specializing in franchise, appellate, and transactional law. Subsequently, he was an owner of the Quiznos and Smashburger chains. Mr. Meyersserved as chief of staff for Governor John Hickenlooper from December 2017 until the end of his gubernatorial term. He went on to be appointed executive director of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) and served as the state’s chief economic recovery officer in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. He was a member of the Proposition 123 implementation team and currently serves on the board of directors for the Colorado Middle Income Housing Authority (MIHA).
Sylvia Wirba, Wagenlander and Heisterkamp, LLC
Wirba is an attorney and partner at Wagenlander and Heisterkamp, LLC, serving as general counsel for various public and tribal housing entities. She advises clients on legal issues relating to federal and tribal housing laws and applicable federal funding programs. Ms. Wirba has provided guidance and training to regional and national tribal housing associations, including the National American Indian Housing Council and the United Native American Housing Association. She serves as a trustee for the Boulder Public Library District and she is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
