Saunders Construction Promotes Tony Street to Vice President of Field Services

Saunders Construction announced the promotion of Tony Street to vice president of Field Services. With Street’s proven leadership, deep industry expertise, and commitment to building what matters, he will serve in a key role in shaping the continued growth and success of Saunders.
Tony Street has been a cornerstone of Saunders since 1993, when he joined as a project engineer and advanced into leadership roles. A graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Construction Management, Street has built a career defined by operational expertise, mentorship, and a deep commitment to advancing Saunders’ people and projects. He has led some of Saunders’ most prominent and challenging projects, including the 1900 16th Street Office Tower, IKEA Centennial, Children’s Hospital South Campus, and the DaVita World Headquarters—all requiring extensive coordination with government authorities, innovative site logistics, and comprehensive safety planning. Street is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Class A Supervisor contractor license in the City and County of Denver.
As Vice President of Field Services, Street’s role is designed to support both the people and projects of Saunders. His responsibilities include serving as the voice of the field within the executive team, driving continuous improvement in field planning and execution, leading craft workforce development initiatives, and supporting general managers and construction managers as needed to resolve project challenges.

Hensel Phelps Promotes Ryan Eshelman to General Superintendent

Hensel Phelps announced the promotion of Ryan Eshelman to general superintendent. Ryan’s portfolio of work at Hensel Phelps expands over $1.6 billion of work throughout his 19-year career.
Over the last two decades, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and construction knowledge. As general superintendent, Ryan will be responsible for project execution, the overall schedule, site logistics, forecasting and managing major obstacles, while ensuring efficiency and safety in the field. In his new role, Ryan will be building a data center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Stacy Galligan Joins Peregrine Hospitality as Chief Financial Officer

Peregrine Hospitality, a full-service hotel company known for its precision, agility, and ownership mindset in operating world-class resorts and hotels, announced the appointment of Stacy Galligan as chief financial officer. Tom Barber, Peregrine Hospitality’s previous chief financial officer, will remain with the firm to support a seamless transition and provide ongoing strategic advisory services.

Galligan joins Peregrine Hospitality from Embark, where she served as managing director and practice leader, overseeing finance and accounting consulting services for clients across multiple industries. Her prior experience includes serving as CFO at Punch Bowl Social, Pure Barre, and Smashburger, where she led financial planning, capital management, and business transformation initiatives.
With a proven record of leading teams through change and implementing effective process improvements, Galligan will oversee finance, accounting, and capital planning for Peregrine Hospitality, supporting the company’s long-term growth and financial performance. Galligan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
