On November 19, national developer PMG celebrated the groundbreaking of Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek, a boutique condominium marking the Colorado debut of the storied Waldorf Astoria brand. Located at 185 North Steele Street, the 37-residence property is positioned to become a prominent new landmark in Cherry Creek North.
Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek’s concept design is led by Denver-based Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+) in collaboration with Carlos Ott. Award-winning interior design firm BAMO will further incorporate elegant and streamlined design throughout the residences, featuring dramatic accents and raw, yet refined materials inspired by the snow-capped Rockies. Hyder Construction is the general contractor for the project.
The development received $107.5 million in construction financing in August 2025 from Maxim Capital Group. Dawn Raymond of Kentwood Real Estate is leading sales for this project, with limited inventory remaining. Completion of Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek is slated for Q1 2028.
