What: Brinkmann Constructors and developer United Properties are hosting a “Tilt-Up Party” to commemorate a major construction milestone at the Aero 70 industrial facility. The event celebrates the near-completion of the Phase One tilt-up, which marks the successful erection of the warehouse’s structural walls and a significant step toward the project’s completion. The 169-acre development features two speculative warehouses, future building pads, and supporting infrastructure. Brinkmann will also deliver nearly two miles of off-site roads and utilities linking the site to city systems.
