Brinkmann Constructors Celebrates Major Milestone at Aero 70

Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with United Properties, celebrated a major construction milestone at Aero 70, a 256-acre industrial and logistics development in Aurora. The event, known as the “Tilt-Up Party,” marked the completion of wall construction and the project’s transition into its vertical phase, highlighting significant progress toward completion.

The celebration took place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 25100 & 25150 E Smith Road in Aurora. Speakers included representatives from United Properties, Brinkmann Constructors, and Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman, who joined the project team, partners, and community members to commemorate this important achievement.

About the Project

Aero 70 represents a major investment in Aurora’s economic future, featuring two speculative warehouse buildings totaling more than 817,500 square feet. As part of a 256-acre master-planned industrial and logistics park, the project offers direct I-70 access,sustainable design elements, and Opportunity Zone incentives, positioning it as a key hub for regional logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations.

Once completed, Aero 70 is expected to create new jobs, expand the local tax base, and strengthen Aurora’s position as a leading center for industrial and logistics activity in the metro Denver area.

Celebrating Collaboration and Progress

The Tilt-Up Party brought together project partners, subcontractors, and trade professionals to recognize their hard work and dedication. The event featured a catered barbecue lunch, raffle prizes, and custom event T-shirts to thank the teams who helped reach this construction milestone. Mayor Mike Coffman joined attendees for a walkthrough of the site, offering his support for the project’s contribution to Aurora’s continued growth and development.

Looking Ahead

Phase 1 of Aero 70 is nearing completion, with final delivery anticipated in early summer 2026. The project continues to reflect the shared vision of United Properties and Brinkmann Constructors to deliver high-quality, strategically located industrial facilities that drive regional economic growth.
