According to the development team behind LoDo’s Dairy Block — McWhinney, Sage and Grand American — an innovative new pedestrian alley that will run through the center of Dairy Block, bounded by 18th, 19th, Wazee and Blake streets, will be lined with restaurants, bars and retail storefronts. Inspired by the urban alleys of Barcelona, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, McWINNEY hopes to set the standard for future alleys when it opens this fall.
