Denver Summit FC, a new National Women’s Soccer League team based in Denver, has signed a 10,467-square-foot office lease at Mercantile Square for its corporate headquarters.

Located at 1550 Wynkoop, Mercantile Square is a mixed-use building originally constructed in 1893 and most recently renovated in 2013. The building sits across the street from Union Station in LoDo and is near a variety of dining, hotel, and public transportation options.

Anthony Albanese and Alex Buck of CBRE represented Denver Summit FC in the transaction. The landlord, Morey Mercantile, LLC, was represented by CBRE’s Sarajane Goodfellow.

“Working alongside Anthony Albanese to represent Denver Summit FC was an exciting opportunity to be part of bringing professional women’s soccer to Denver,” said CBRE’s Buck. “The strategic location positions the fast-growing franchise in the heart of Denver’s most vibrant and transit-connected neighborhood, reflecting the team’s commitment to being an integral part of the community.”

Denver Summit FC is Colorado’s women’s professional soccer club. Owned and operated by Rob Cohen and a group of passionate, local, and national investors. Denver Summit FC’s aim is to engage Denver’s vibrant and diverse communities to build the best professional soccer club in the world.

“Our search for office space in downtown Denver was about more than square footage, it was about establishing a true home for this club,” said Denver Summit’s FC’s President, Jen Millet. “Denver Summit FC is rooted in community, and it was essential that our headquarters reflect both our ambition and our commitment to the city we serve. The process required discipline, patience, and strong partnership as we worked within defined space, term, and budget considerations. We ultimately secured a downtown home that enables high performance, fosters connection, and reflects our long-term commitment to Denver’s urban core.”

The LoDo micromarket in Denver’s downtown experienced the largest change in total vacancy in Q4 2025 after falling to 19.3% according to CBRE Research. This fall represents an annual decline of 260 bps.
