Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, recently announced the sale of 2885 W County Line Road in Littleton. The retail property was sold on December 12 for a contract price of $5.9 million.
The sale of the iconic property, formerly home to the well-known Harley-Davidson dealership, marks a significant moment for the Denver metro commercial landscape. Long recognized as a landmark asset, the property’s transition represents both the close of a historic chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one.
The new ownership, Rose Gold Investments, LLC, is extremely excited to expand its current operations and bring something new to the site that represents a telling step forward for the area, which is a big expansion of an established, proven operation blending something new with what already exists, and while honoring the site’s legacy. It’s an exciting evolution of a well-known asset, one that will remain successful for decades to come.
Pinnacle’s Robert Lawson and Paul Nora represented the seller in the transaction.
“This one was especially meaningful—it’s the second former Harley-Davidson property I’ve sold for this client, which made it truly special. It’s a unique, well-known asset with real history, and while it’s bittersweet to see that chapter close, it’s exciting to see it transition to an owner with a strong expansion vision that fits the property perfectly. I’m confident what they’re building here will be a success,” said Lawson.
