Los Angeles-based CTRL Collective, a new creative campus of entrepreneurs, is the latest company to lease 42,600-square-feet on the third floor of Dairy Block in LoDo. CTRL Collective was reportedly drawn to LoDo’s vibrant local startup scene and downtown Denver’s reputation for artists and designers in RiNo.
