CBRE Promotes Todd Papazian to Vice Chairman in Denver

CBRE announced that Todd Papazian has been promoted to vice chairman, the highest title for producers at the company.

Based in Denver, Papazian leads one of the highest producing teams in the company, consistently serving many of CBRE’s largest office and industrial occupier accounts. In the past 16 years since joining CBRE, the team has completed over 5,100 transactions, spanning 78 million square feet for a total transaction consideration of $12.8 billion.  

“Todd is a natural leader and a skilled advisor who thinks far beyond typical solutions for our clients,” said Jessica Ostermick, senior managing director and Colorado market leader. “His promotion to vice chairman speaks to the deep trust he’s earned to lead complex global real estate portfolios and to the countless successes he has delivered.”

Together with his partners, Doug Bakke, Ty Ritchie and Lee Diamond, Papazian and his team have been named the NAIOP Colorado Office Broker Team of the year for the past eight consecutive years, 11 wins total since 2008, and are consistently among CBRE’s top producers. In addition to his work in the commercial real estate industry, he volunteers with organizations like Food for Thought and Mercy Housing, as well coaching girls hockey.

MorningStar Senior Living Welcomes New President & Chief Investment Officer

The corporate offices of MorningStar Senior Living announced the selection of Jamie Ranzan as the company’s new president and chief investment officer. Ranzan brings 20 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions and operations across multiple property types, including senior living.

Ranzan began her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor in the real estate group of its Orange County office. From there she joined KBS Realty Advisors in Newport Beach where she was responsible for a $1.8B portfolio with assets across the U.S. Her next role was that of CFO/VP of Corporate Finance for MBK Senior Living, responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, accounting, finance, insurance, tax and compliance.

Expressly drawn to the mission of MorningStar on which its reputation has been anchored for 21 years, Ranzan relocated to Colorado in 2016 where for the next four years she served as its CFO. After five years away, first as President of Solera Senior Living, then as CFO for Aegis Senior Living, she has enthusiastically returned to MorningStar.

MBH Architects Names Joe Irwin Director of Denver Office

Jessica Uresti Promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition at Kairoi Residential
