Project Director John McCorkle has joined Flintco, bringing more than 30 years of construction leadership experience delivering complex, high-profile projects across diverse markets. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as the United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum, Xcel Energy’s 1800 Larimer headquarters—Denver’s first LEED Platinum office tower—and the Switchbacks FC Stadium, with project values ranging from $40 million to $575 million across office, hospitality, government, and education sectors.
A DBIA Certified Professional and LEED AP, John is known for his collaborative design-build approach and for aligning owners, designers, and construction teams early to drive certainty in cost, schedule, and quality. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings disciplined leadership, a strong safety mindset, and a solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges. His deep industry relationships and commitment to mentorship further strengthen Flintco’s project delivery capabilities and leadership bench.
Megan Alexander has joined Flintco as marketing manager, bringing strategic marketing expertise and deep construction industry knowledge to the team. A 2025 CREW Denver Rising Star Award recipient, Megan has built a strong foundation in proposal strategy, business development support, and brand positioning throughout the Colorado market. She combines creative execution with data-driven strategy, leveraging visual design, social media, and performance analytics to elevate pursuit messaging and expand market visibility. Actively engaged with CREW Denver, Megan brings a collaborative mindset, strong industry connections, and a modern marketing approach that supports Flintco’s growth, differentiation, and long-term market presence.
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation Grows Denver Platform with Kevin Prouty Joining as Senior Director

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, announced its continued expansion in Denver with the hiring of Kevin Prouty as a senior director in its Denver office.
Mr. Prouty is actively involved in securing financing for a diverse range of property types with particular focus on multifamily as well as office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties. He has long-standing relationships with national, regional and local capital sources including national and regional banking institutions, life insurance companies, CMBS providers and debt funds.
Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Prouty served as a vice president with CBRE in Tucson, Arizona. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He will report to John Manning, senior managing director and head of production.

Effective January 1, 2026, these appointments reflect MTech’s dedication to maintaining strong, consistent leadership while carrying forward its culture, mission, and values. Marco Capitelli, Chief Executive Officer & Board Chair
Co-Founder and President of MTech Mechanical for the past 11 years, Marco Capitelli will transition to the role of CEO. In this capacity, Marco will focus on strategic direction, leadership development and mentoring, and strengthening company culture. He will also continue serving as board chair for MTech’s Board of Directors.
John Falzone, President & Chief Operating Officer
John Falzone will assume the combined role of president and chief operating officer (COO). A member of the MTech team since its founding in 2002 and part of the Executive Team since 2015, John brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong understanding of MTech’s operations. In his expanded role, John will lead the Executive Team, oversee day-to-day operations, and continue fostering MTech’s culture.
